Famsy Official Store (individually and collectively, "Famsymall", "we", "us" or "our") warrants that, subject to the terms set forth herein and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document, the products sold in our Shopee Mall (https://shopee.com.my/famsymall.os), and TikTok Shop (https://www.tiktok.com/@famsymall) will be fit for purpose during the applicable warranty period.

Exclusions and Voidness of our Warranty Coverage:

Our Warranty will not apply to the:

1. Products that are fault caused by transportation during return, replacement or repair;

2. Products that are fault caused by any unauthorized modification (without our written consent), disassembly or repairs, or product tampering, misuse or abuse; 3. Products that are fault caused by accidents, fire, natural disasters, negligence not caused by us or our authorized representatives, or man-made behaviors, (including moisture, liquid damage, dropping or falling, fair wear and tear, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions, input inappropriate voltage, excessive extrusion, main board deformation, and etc.);

Important Notes:

1. The warranty activates from the Received Date automatically and ceases upon the expiration on 7-Day, Your ("Buyers") Order ID in the system is the proof of your order.

2. Do contact our customer service to determine whether the product(s) received is classified as MAJOR DEFECT or MINOR ISSUE for further assistance:

Major Defects:

Manufacturing Flaws: These are significant defects that render the product unusable or significantly impact its functionality. Damage During Shipping: Any major damage incurred during shipping falls under this category. Complete failure of essential components, structural damage, hazardous malfunctions, severe product deviations from specifications.

Minor Defects:

Minor Imperfections: Small flaws that don't affect the overall functionality or appearance of the product. Slight Color Variations: Minor differences in color from what was displayed online or in promotional material. Small Stitching Errors: Imperfections in stitching on items like tote bags, t-shirts, or rompers that don't compromise their structural integrity. Cosmetic imperfections, minor scratches, minor deviations from specifications that do not affect product performance or safety.

3. Any postages associated with the NON-warranty covered returned items) will NOT be bear by Famsymall.

4. Any items) that comes with the products) purchased must be returned in whole or in partial set (as instructed by our Customer Service Representatives).

5. Replacement of the product or a part DOES NOT extend or restart the Warranty period.

6. Each product can only claim a replacement warranty ONCE

7. The RM1 Add-On Deals Items & Free Gifts have only 3-Day warranty.

8. Famsymall reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy without prior notice.

How to Make a Warranty Claim?

To claim the warranty, the buyers must provide us with notice of a defect during the Warranty period in accordance with the Warranty claim procedures indicated below:

1. Report must be made to Famsymall Official Store Customer Service Team via Shopee or TikTok Shop Live Chat within 7 calendar days from the Order Receipt Date, if there is any issue upon receiving the product. (Contact within 1-2 days will not considered as warranty claim).

2. Specify your Order ID and elaborate the product fault with images and short videos.

3. Our Customer Service Team will carry out verification and investigation if the problem is under warranty coverage. Our Customer Service Team will update you in 1-3 working days.

4. If your product fault is under warranty coverage, our Customer Service Representatives will show the following warranty claim steps. If your product is not under warranty coverage, we regret for the happening and you may purchase a new unit with a special discount voucher (if applicable) from us.

5. Upon Famsymall 's approval of your return for inspection and claim warranty (if defective), you MUST return the item with your preferred courier within 7 calendar days. Please notify our Customer Service Representatives on the tracking number once it is returned.

6. You are advised to ensure that the packaging of the returned item is well-wrapped, wisely & secure to avoid any damages to the item, shipping box, or its original packaging during delivery.

7. Once Famsymall receives your returned item, an investigation will be conducted within 5-7 working days.

8. If the fault is under warranty coverage, we will arrange a new unit as a replacement for you within 5-7 working days after the inspection is done. If the fault is not under warranty coverage, the item will be returned to you and the return delivery charges shall be on your own.
